I was dealt with very failry (Michael Fuller in sales) and felt I negotiated a very fair price as well as got good value for the trade. What makes this is a 5 star review in my eyes however is the service and follow up. I picked up the car on a friday and had to return to the dealership Monday to pick up the new registration and sticker. When I went into the dealership they noticed a large screw logged in the front right tire. Even though they were not responsible (and the tire wasn't covered), they stepped up and replaced the tire for free. I had my last LS serviced by IRA and was really pleased with the speed, quality and ease of getting loaner cars. After stepping up to replace the tire on my new LS, it's clear they understand and appreciate customer loyalty.
