1957 Chevrolet C-10

Don't know for sure what year this is . It's been setting at a friends house for some time now . He doesn't have the title . He inherited it when he purchased the property . I say it's a 58 , he's says it's a 57 cause at one time that's what it said on the tail light lens before they got broke out . I took a picture of the VIN tag but not sure how to read it . Don't know if someone could use it to make a rat rod or streetrod out of it . Or just maybe use it for parts . The back doors open and close and latch just fine . We have access to a loader to put on someones trailer for them . Thanks for looking .
