I am selling this car for my Dad, as he has decided to sell his prize. It has been in storage for a few years now. However, we got er running and she sounds good. The 1948 Model Year Cadillacs are becoming more rare as time passes. How often do you see this year Caddy being offered for sale, especially the sedanette. This is a great model cadillac that is seldom seen for sale. I was going to make this car into a street rod, but my Dad objected. He feels the car is too complete to rod as it maintains its original drivetrain with only 52941 actual miles! The motor runs on a auxilliary fuel cell, and it sounds good. The transmission shifts as it should. My dad is sad to see his project go unfinished and he feels the motor and transmission alone make this car worthy. The body needs some attention, but it is complete. The interior also is complete, and requires restoration like the body does. However, the car is a worthy one.
