Up for sale is a low miles 1967 Cadillac Eldorado. It boasts a strong running 429 V8 engine that runs like a watch. It has a 3 speed hydramatic automatic transmission, that shifts very smooth. Dual exhaust, with a low rumble. Power everything, I'd say for it's day this was a very stately car to own. New shocks and brakes all around. Four brand new whitewall tires. Numbers matching paint, with a brand new White Vinyl Top, all professionally done, within the last year.Leather interior was standard on these cars and the interior is in good shape. Dashboard has no weather cracks and carpet looks to be in very good condition. Glass is in excellent shape, no cracks. I did add a guage cluster, Oil Pressure, Vacuum Gauge, and Voltmeter. All options work with the exception of a couple: the clock on the dash works intermittently, the AC has lost it's charge of R12. I replaced the compressor and performed a vacuum test, no leaks, so it will need a charge to get working again. Cruise Control works, but not all the time. And the power antenna, for the radio is disconnected because it clicked when extending or retracting. So it's been disconnected.Other then that, this car is Tip Top and with the front wheel drive, I would drive it anywhere in any weather. These 67's were Cadillacs attempt at going after the sportier crowd of buyers. Very sleek body lines, and comfortable ride, effortless to drive. "Like driving a 340 horsepower couch" is what my buddy says. You have to remember they were the bottom rung when compared to these stately cars of the 60's. No comparison, when parked next to each other, hands down, these older caddies had them beat. Power, driveability, creature comforts, Cadillac has the trifecta!!
