We are offering for Sale a 1951 Chevrolet 3 Window Cab Short Bed Pick Up. It has many custom features with late model drive train and freshly rebuilt engine and transmission. Exterior: Has a Vintage Blue Lucite "Vision" Visor, Has a mostly original patina, Has original wood in the bed, The fuel tank is a Model 1925 TT tank, The taillights are 1954 Box Truck, The Brake light is a reproduction "Stop" light. It has Bud Steel Wheels with wide Coker white walls and moon hubcaps. The windshield is new glass and rubbers, the rest of the glass is in tact but has cracks. The patina has been preserve with matte clear. Interior: It has late model bucket seats (no seat belts installed) It has Dyno Mat installed over a new steel floor pan, No Radio, Original Steering Wheel with Lucite Steering Knob. Mechanical: The body sits on a 1992 S10 Frame, It has Disc Front Brakes and rear drum, The chassis is set up for power steering but no power steering pump, the narrow wheel take little effort to turn. The V8 motor is early 90's and was rebuilt with mild cam, it has rebuilt 4 barrel carburetor and Headman Headers, Has electric fan cooling on manual toggle switch matched up with a New All aluminum radiator. It has a Tach, Oil Pressure, Temperature and Volt gauge pack installed. It has a electric heat control that is magnetically mounted to dash for defrost and heat. It is a direct battery wire (currently unhooked) It has working taillights, brake light, headlight and horn. Blinkers are wired but no level was installed (check with your local area or state for requirements) All new exhaust with Fish Tail Tips below running boards. Much effort and money was spent to make this a one of a kind Street Cruiser. It sits very low and will rub in certain low spots like any truck set low. On the highway it glides down the road.
