1983 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista, 5.0L 305cu.i. V8, Automatic transmission. This vehicle is virtually a time capsule. The interior is as if it has not been touched. NEW: battery, fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, fresh oil change. It runs and drives smoothly, everything works, the Air Conditioning blows ice cold! Power windows work great, the passenger side is a bit slow coming up. This Is a 3-owner, 2-family truck, purchased new right here in Picayune, Ms. I have a clear title in hand. Now, a little bad: PAINT: the truck was repainted over 15 years ago, it looks as If it was a decent job when it was fresh, It looks great from a few steps away. It is thin in some spots. RUST: *see pics* there is some evidence of rust (cancer) in the usual areas: around the drip rails, along the wheel wells in bed, some on front of hood. It is not terrible and could easily be repaired. INTERIOR: the aftermarket radio works "ok" but antenna is missing, the rear view mirror is off but is in the glove compartment, other than that the interior is in excellent shape for an unrestored 33year old car. TIRES: the truck drives well but the tires have visual dry-rot. TRIM: all the trim Is present, I have the rear "EL CAMINO" & "CONQUISTA" badging in a box, it wasn't re-installed after the last repaint due to the owners preference DISCLOSURE: I HAVE DONE MY BEST TO REPRESENT THIS VEHICLE AS TRUE AN HONEST AS I CAN. IT IS A GREAT TRUCK THAT, WITH JUST A LITTLE WORK, COULD BE A JEWEL. THE MILEAGE IS ACTUAL TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, AS I DO KNOW THE PREVIOUS 2 OWNERS, BUT , IT WILL BE SOLD AS "MILEAGE EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE" TO KEEP US BOTH SAFE.
