This Cadillac is completely all original, and in incredible Concours d’Elegance condition. 87,680 actual miles. I am the second owner.  The original owner only used the car on special occasions, at all other times it was in the garage.  This car has been loved and extensively maintained all its life and it shows.  Stunning, most desirable color combination, triple black. Less than 3% were this combination. The car was purchased new in Los Angeles, California, moved to Sacramento area in the late 70’s and has lived in this dry very low humidity climate all its life.  This car looks and drives as it did the day it left the factory.  Every option works as it should.  Everything is tight and there are no rattles.  The low mileage, and always being garage kept is evident everywhere.  The vinyl top looks new, and the leather is still soft and supple.  There are no cracks in the dash or any vinyl or plastic surface, even the window weather stripping is soft.  The carpet is as new, I took the factory mats out for the photos, I believe this is the first time they have been out.  Still has the “Power Beam” headlights.  My first impression of this car was that someone had done a very extensive restoration, but after speaking with the original owner I realized that it was all original.  Neither the engine nor the transmission leak a single drip of anything, even after sitting for long periods.  Amazing for a car of this age. Air conditioning has had the pressure line replaced, seals and recharged with R-12.  Blows 35° on a 95° day, (see picture), new OEM style muffler, resonator and tailpipe produces a deep smooth sound the way Cadillac intended.  I had everything done mechanically so that this car would be able to travel to shows without being trailered. Amazingly this car still smells new inside, never smoked or eaten in.  Starts easily and very smooth.  Wonderful to drive, smooth and silent on the freeway.  Don’t buy this car if you’re shy, you will be bombarded constantly by admiring folks and boulevard “thumbs up”.  All chrome and bright work shows as new. Car comes with original owners manual and all documents, keys, and a thick folder of receipts.  Items on this car were not replaced due to failure, but my obsessive nature and not wanting things to fail while on the road.  FEATURES:   Power drivers seat, tilt and telescope steering column, remote trunk release, trunk catch assist, air conditioning with automatic climate control,  AM/FM radio with seek and scan, analog clock, power locks, power windows, remote control mirrors, fiber optic lamp indicators, twilight sentinel, auto parking brake release,  NEW: Radiator, hoses and coolant flush, Toyo luxury touring tires, alignment, heater control valve, NOS spark plugs, AC Delco plug wires, distributor cap, rotor and points, original driveshaft professionally rebuilt and balanced including all four u-joints and double Cardone joints, rear speakers, alternator and voltage regulator, HVAC controller module, clock (original serviced), Radio (original restored with all new capacitors), transmission tail housing seal, all engine vacuum hoses, PCV and breather grommets, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, carburetor gasket, lube chassis, front wheel bearing service, flush brake system fluid, original power steering pump rebuilt, PS hoses and PS system flush, muffler, exhaust pipes and resonator, front and rear shocks, all accessory drive belts, battery, correct OE style wiper blades, transmission mount, both engine mounts, hood bumper and pop up spring, A/C pressure line and seals, recharged with R-12, (freezing cold), air filter, fuel filter, oil and filter, windshield removed and resealed, dashpad removed and all mounting surface foam replaced,  all dash lights replaced with long life units.  Please keep in mind that the paint is original and although it is beautiful, it is 43 years old, and there are some signs of age if you inspect closely.  Most new cars don’t have paint this nice.  I never got around to taking it, but am fairly certain this car would take a preservation class Concours d’Elegance award if shown.  See 44 pictures below, I took them the day before placing the listing, I have been told that pictures are not visible on some restricted phones.  If this happens to you, try looking at the ad on a computer.  Call if you have further questions, (916) 425-4162.
