1978 Camaro RS. Very Clean 350 engine with a mild build to include 650 DP carb, Edlebrock performer intake, headers and dual exhaust. New on the engine are the belts, hoses, intake, valve cover and header gaskets, battery, alternator and bracket, water neck and fan. Starts right up, runs great. Transmission shifts smoothly and crisp as it shifts through 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Trans has a 10" converter by Ultimate Converter Concepts and a separate trans cooler. Rear end is a 4:11 posi in a 10 bolt housing with ladder bars. Tires are 275/60/15 and 180/65/15 mounted on polished aluminum Weld Wheels. Very nice sheet metal repair and paint work at some point in its life. Yellow exterior looks sharp and shines great, couple very small bubbles in paint in front of rear wheel on one side, hardly noticable. All lights and blinkers work fine. Upper and lower front grills are new. Interior is black and has new headliner, rear deck lid, center console, B&M megashifter and carpet. Sill plates and door panels were used out of another car and are in great shape with no rips or tears. Seats are an aftermarket seat that reclines. No radio or heater. Frame, floors, trunk door bottoms, inner wheel wells, all in excellent, original and very solid condition. No rot, rust concerns whatsoever. Car isnt perfect but with just a little more effort it can be mint. Needs seat belts and wiper motor and arm that can be purchased from camaro parts world online. This is a great deal for the money.
