Interior/Exterior Condition: Interior looks nice and clean, very well maintained - seats are in great shape and very comfortable. No missing or broken interior trim pieces or panels. Driver's bottom seat cushion does show some wear from sliding in & out. I noticed the back window on the driver's side seems to work intermittently, doesn't appear to be related to anything in particular. Headlights are in great shape, does not have the typical sunburned plastic, still very clear with plenty of life left. Exterior has a few typical scratches around the front and back bumper covers, nothing extreme or in need of repair. The roof has a spot that shows some clear coat and/or paint peeling, does not require repainting but needs to be mentioned. All glass is in excellent condition. A/C is nice and very cold, Heating & Air system works in all modes. Mechanical Condition: I've driven this SUV over and over again on multiple test drives in the last couple months, and have driven it around town several dozen times, transmission is solid and shifts extremely smooth, engine has plenty of power and runs very smooth and quite. No engine lights, no service lights, just a great SUV. I've driven it in 98+ temps and it does not overheat or run hot - and blows ice cold A/C the whole time. I noticed it leaves a spot in the driveway about the size of a dime or penny if left parked for a few days, had ASE Certified mechanic do a checkout and there does not appear to be an obvious issue or repair that needs to be made. Payments & Vehicle Delivery: Deposit is due within 24 hours of purchase via PayPal, no exceptions please. Final payment is due with 3 business days, unless discussed and approved first.
