Up for auction is my 1976 Honda CB 550 with 10,900 original miles on it. The bike is in great condition and runs great. It is basically an unmolested 550 that was taken good care of and needed a good bath and some TLC. That's all that was needed. Yellow paint marks from the factory are still on the bolts and it has the original hand grips and lever plastic coating. The paint is all original except I touched up the side stand and brake caliper. The fender wells have been done too. They were sanded, primed, Rustoleum painted and coated with Eastwood Products clear (see pics). The bike has had a complete tune with new point, condensers, plugs, coils, plug wires, plug caps air filter and gas tank coating. The carbs were rebuilt and vacuum sync 'd. Valves have been adjusted.The tank has no dents but has scratches. One of the side pods is cracked. There is a small tear at the rear side of the seat under the word "Honda". The passenger grab rail has some pitting. I do not know how that happened since the bike has been stored indoors under cover. Mufflers are not original. Front tire is like new, rear at 50%. Everything works including the turn signal sounder. Original owners manual is included.
