You are looking at a 1978 Ford Bronco XLT 4X4 Wagon. Only 67,645 original miles. It has a Ford 351M 5.8L V8 engine with a 4-speed manual transmission. The engine and transmission are original to the vehicle. It runs and drives good, and we could find no major mechanical problems. The body is in good shape with very little rust. It was originally a Florida vehicle, so it was never driven in Pennsylvania winters. The original paint was Ford Raven Black, but it was repainted as Satin Black. The underneath is undercoated and in good shape. There is one floor patch on the driver's side from the wing window being left open over one winter long ago that let in drips of water that put a hole in the driver's floor. The roof is a removable hard top. The rear seat is original, but the front two bucket seats have been changed. It has an aftermarket AM/FM CD stereo installed. These Broncos are becoming collectible and harder to find as they go out of service, and this one is solid and in good shape for the year, and the miles are right.
