1975 Suzuki TS100M Honcho. What a cool little classic 70's enduro! I'm only the second owner, shows 33 miles on new speedometer but actual is 2,392. Condition is everything on vintage 1970's bikes, and this TS100 is clearly very nice. The engine starts very easily and quickly, it shifts cleanly, has no clutch issues, carburates well. It has been restored with an emphasis on original appearance and attention to detail. The engine has never been disassembled and has no leaks. The list of nos oem (new old stock parts) includes: gauge assembly, muffler guard, all four turn signals, lever/perch assemblies, throttle, choke, speedo cables, sprockets, grips, right switchgear, kick start assembly, both fenders. All black parts have been powder coated satin black. New chain, air filter foam, plug, tires. All chrome is freshly plated (except factory Suzuki accessory luggage rack), all original fasteners re-plated clear zinc. Bodywork: fuel tank and side covers have original paint and graphics, and are not perfect. No dents or cracks, but fuel tank has a few chips and scratches on right side. Seat: all original- cover, grab strap, foam, pan, and rubber stops- flaw is one 1/2" tear on back, and some touched up flaws on black pan bottom. Fenders are nos oem parts but have some chips from storage and handling. All electrical works, new battery included. Wheels: original rims new chrome, original spokes replated zinc, new tires and tubes, hubs powder coated correct silver. Included are owner's manual, shop manual, complete tool kit (bag has some punctures, not perfect). This TS100 would present very well at any vintage motorcycle show, look great in a garage or office, or be a great bike to teach someone to ride due to it's low seat height and user "friendliness". Clear and clean IL title in my name. Local inspection and pick up encouraged, will work with your shipper. New chain is quality RK brand. Has original Tanaka brand mirrors. Fork legs are refinished to original appearance (I specialize in that work), tubes themselves have no rust or pitting, there are new oil seals, dust seals, Maxima 20W oil. Oil injection system has never been removed or changed. Plastic side covers have original red paint and graphics, no cracks, no repairs. Note that factory shocks installed for originality, but are 40 years old and harsh- have lost damping, but no leaks. Exhaust system has zero dents anywhere, and protector shield on bottom is also dent free.
