You are bidding on my restored MATCHING NUMBERS 1970 Triumph Bonneville. This bike was purchased a year ago after receiving a complete restoration in the early 2000's. Once purchased, I took it straight to Renowned British bike restorer "Wes Scott Cycles" out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. The updated restoration consists of the following brand new factory correct British NOS parts: -Amal Carbs and air filters -1970 exhaust, mufflers, cross pipe and brackets -Intake Manifolds -Brand new correct Wes Scott paint on tank, fenders, oil cover, kick stand, center stand, and inside of gas tank was cleaned -New Battery -All new rubbers -New Front tire-Dunlop K 70 (rear tire is a K 70 that has plenty of tread left -Most of the hardware was replaced -Fuel lines and decals and many other misc. gaskets, clamps, nuts and bolts The bike was gone through mechanically and is in perfect running order, the top and bottom end were checked, the bike needs nothing. For bidder confidence, once the bike is purchased via Ebay, the bike can be taken to Wes Scott for no charge to have him inspect and confirm the bike is in perfect running order. This bike has the original Smith gauges, seat, rear shocks, tank badges and Dunlop wheels. Everything on this bike is factory correct. There is no damage to the engine cases, no hidden issues. I have all of the receipts for the recent restoration that will go with the sale of this bike that total over $4,000.00. Once, I received the bike from Wes, it was polished and detailed. I have a brand new pair of the factory correct NOS handlebars that are included with sale as well.
