Vehicle Detail
Up for sale at NO RESERVE is my beautiful 1964 Riviera. The car is 100% stock with the 425ci nailhead V8 and th400 transmission. This car runs, drives, and rides like an absolute dream, and is very reliable! The paint job is a few years old (only one repaint) and is in good shape. It does have a few chips and blemishes from normal driving. I drive this car a lot! The seats and door panels were redone by the previous owner and are in good shape. The motor was said to have been rebuilt but I don't have any paperwork to prove it. I have no reason to believe it hasn't. Again, the car runs and drives GREAT, and I drive it a lot. I'm sure I'm forgetting some info but feel free to contact with any questions. Good luck and happy bidding! On Sep-19-15 at 15:22:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Iv received many questions about the car and I appreciate all the interest! This car is a survivor car and has always been a well cared for, running and driving car. It's never been rusty and never been wrecked. Every panel on it is original to the car, including the floors and undercarriage. The milage is also correct and reads 74,204 today. Things that work: windows go up and down as they should, speedometer, dash lights, head, tail, and brake lights, turn signals, winshield wipers. Ac works but only holds a charge for a couple days. Things that could use attention: The heater core needs replaced. There is a leak in one of the power steering hoses (not bad but present). There are a couple small blisters in the paint around the rear wheel wells and one by the left tail light. My body shop guy said he would fix all of them for $750. I'll be happy to have him do it for the winning bidder if they so chose. The only reason I'm selling this car is becouse I have too many toys and not enough room. I can't bring myself to let this one sit outside all winter. There is no doubt in my mind I will regret selling it. It is the best driving, and best looking car in my collection. Thanks again for all the interest! Good luck!
