This 1989 Grand Wagoneer is silver with gorgeous burgundy interior. During its life it’s few owners, including one who was a real-life engineer at Jeep. I’ve owned it for 4 years and have driven less than 3,500 miles. This car has 84k original miles and has even been prominently featured in Jeep advertising. Cool, right?? The finish shows well with some imperfections on the hood. (for me - had I decided to keep it longer, I probably would have painted it, but I know there are a ton of collectors out there that prefer untouched, so untouched it stays). Paneling is in great shape with original wood trim. Interior is in excellent condition with no fading whatsoever. Panels, dashboard, steering wheel, ceiling fabric and carpets all in excellent condition. There is some wear in on the corners of the cargo carpet. All 5 power windows work perfectly. The power locks can be wonky – locking one time and then not unlocking the next. The radio is non-working. AC is strong and cold. Heat? Honestly no clue – I live in Los Angeles! As far as the engine, I’m not in any way mechanical, but I’ve had zero problems. The best thing I can tell you is that it passed its smog test in July with flying colors. The last owner replaced the hood insulation and he mentioned he had occasionally had issues with the blower in the past, but I’ve noticed nothing. Throughout the time I’ve owned it, the car has had a very minor oil drip. I bought myself a small oil pan – problem solved. I’ve tried to tell you as much as I know, but I think the amazing photos tell the tale! Basically it’s a great daily driver, even though I just used it as a fun date night car. I hate to let it go, but there’s an Austin Healey out there with my name on it and I need the garage space! Happy to send additional pictures or answer questions where I can.
