This van has a clean and clear title. Ebay would not let me advertise it that way because of it having been deemed a "lemon" 98K miles and ten years ago. This vehicle was returned to the dealer after three attempts to correct a vibration problem in Florida 10 years ago. After the return, the brake rotors were replaced and the problem was solved. Since then the previous owner who had the van in Florida as a vacation home driver for 7 years, followed by me, drove the van without any problems then or now. This van is in great shape. I found one with lower mileage (this is my 6th one since 98) so this one is available. It has great rubber. Complete tune up 6mo.s ago. Everything works. No defects.
