1966 Morgan Morgan swing keel 24/25

This boat has a solid hull, rigging, stantions.  The interior is in rough shape except for the vee berth.  The swing keel is stuck in the down position.  She is on Lake Norman at Midway Marina and you can N leave her there.  I believe the slip fee is $1250 a year. NO RESERVE!!!!   If you bid you ARE the high bidder.  Make sure you are ready to follow through with the auction if you bid!!!!!!    There are no cushions, no motor, and no mainsail for the boat. On Sep-14-15 at 08:29:44 PDT, seller added the following information: Winning bidder only pays bid amount. NO ADDITIONAL FEES! 100% of proceeds are going to charity. I have a NC title that was signed and notorized a couple weeks ago. My name was written on the buyer name line. I will give the winning bidder a notorized bill of sale. You just put a single line (or none at all) and write your name on the title. There will be no problem doing this. Alternately I could apply for a new title and give it to the high bidder but I would expect my costs to be reimbursed. (Probably around $50). I would be glad to go with the winning bidder to the DMV office in Mooresville to ensure their is no problem. I will give a 100% guarantee that you will be able to title and register the boat!
