I am selling my 1997 Limited Edition Toyota Supra with Sport Roof 1 of 173 for this year, Its currently at 500HP on 91oct @ 16psi. It is single turbo'd on the 3.0L 2JZ engine, and complete with all the turbo goodies, plus a standalone engine management system. It started out as clean bone stock naturally aspirated 5 speed, and then converted to complete turbo 6 speed, with ALL the OEM parts new from toyota. I have all my receipts and invoices. This car has the elusive and coveted grey interior panels, and no mutilation to them at all. It was tuned by John Reed out of Portland, OR. This car has been well cared for, No expenses spared to complete a Factory OEM+ restoration and complete repaint. Interior has been completely lined with sound deaden-er to kill road noise. All new seals, retainers, clips, pins, badges, everything I could replace I did. Interior LED Conversion from old bulbs to crystal white/laser green. Samsung Galaxy Tablet head unit, JL Sub, Morel HiFi speakers. Alpine/Sony Amps...Tons of parts, Greddy, HKS, AEM, Do-Luck, Bilstein, Precision, TRD, Enkei Racing, Inhjector Dynamics, Tial, list goes on.. All VIN tags are accounted for on the vehicle. I have pictures of both prior/during paint. No accidents, clean carfax, clear title. I have title in hand. I have been in the supra community for over 12 years, and owned this car for 6 of those. I have many people/friends that can vouch for the ownership I have for my vehicles. Never Tracked/Drag raced, only a street car for me. It is just a clean specimen of what the Supra is for function and for looks, No ugly body kits or terrible mods just a clean stock body, with good power. On Aug-21-15 at 10:26:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Maintenance is always Mobil1 Synthetics, 5w30 every 6 months or 2000 miles. Plugs are changed every year. Waterpump, timing belt, plugs, brake pads all the way around, were all recently done. No leaks whatsoever. A/C does need recharged. Mechanically very sound. Condition is realistically 9/10 hard to find a street car that doesn't have flaws especially 17 years old, but with a nice re-paint this car looks great, no dents, no chips, interior is in outstanding condition. No hacks or butchered panels. All OEM parts. Wideband gauge is in the factory clock location. I have Factory clock as well. I went to great lengths to make it the nicest supra I could and to be a collector. The car looks and drives great, no disappointments there. The car has finer details that can be appreciated in person. I think you will be hard pressed to find a factory paint re-sprayed as well as this. Its super clean and is well taken care of. I have pictures of the paint prep/process, then the interior/exterior build. I also have pictures of the single turbo build which was done at John Reed Racing out of Portland Oregon. I cant emphasize enough this isn't a factory/warrantied car. Which means to get a good supra, you have to find the best specimen available to ensure quality ownership and no issues. Look at the auto check, I also have a carfax, and other reports I can provide. If your looking for a tuner car that has a lot of potential, and a great collector this is it. Its the more unique 4th generation Supra, being the more desirable headlights/tailights, interior, limited edition, and quality aftermarket parts are invested. The powerband is a excellent and controllable level. I rarely ever drive to the full HP level, as I mostly enjoyed car events and shows.
