This MG has been sitting for 10 years or so, the previous owner would start it every so often and tinker with it. He told me he did new brakes, new tires, clutch and master cyl, battery, car has a webber with a header, someone removed the air pump from vehicle, so this may or may not go through emissions where you live. I have none of these parts.
