1979 Trans AmIt has a 1969 327 V8 with 400+ horsepower. I just installed new electronic ignition distributor. I just got it started, but the carburetors need to be re-built due to sitting. They are leaking fuel with electric fuel pump is turned on and making it hard to start. This car will be really fast and unique when completed. The car is in really good shape with no rust. It was recently painted white with blue racing stripes. The interior is also white with blue strips. The car was turned into a convertible, and the put the frame stiffeners on too. It looks really good and it has an Italian leather top. The car needs to be finished. I do not have time to work on it. It has been sitting long enough and I would like to sell it. Here is a short list of what car needs off of my head;1.) Exhaust from new shorty headers back.2.) Electric fans.3.) Transmission lines.4.) Power steering pump and bracket.5.) Both 600 cfm carburators rebuilt. 6.) Throttle linkage for dual carburetors. 7.) Misc. parts to finish car. The car has new plugs, plug wires, weiland high-rise intake, chevrolet valve covers, you name it.The car is one of a kind. I have listed it other places, but no one has came up with the money yet, but everybody likes it and wants it. The 1st person that is very very serious and wants to buy, it will get it.You will not see another 1979 Pontiac Trans Am on the streets like this, one of a kind. Vehicle is being sold as is.
