Shop truck, once used by a petroleum company in the dry desert areas of Eastern Washington state for field work. Came originally with a six cylinder, 4 speed transmission now missing. Truck has NEVER been cut up or modified in any way. Dash is perfect & uncut though it does have surface rust in some places. There is not one single rust through spot in the entire floorboard area though there is surface rust in some areas. Drivers front fender is toast but I found a correct 1955 front fender to replace it that is an exact match in stock color & patina to the rest of the truck. The four stock split rim wheels & tires come with the truck but I have replaced those with 7" by 16" Modern aluminum directional wheels & fresh Federal brand 225/60/16 tires all the way around. Stock rearend & front suspension. Cab corners look good, not rotted through. Door step plate / well areas are solid with surface rust. Stock steering wheel & horn button. Comes with original ignition key!! Original VIN plate still solidly attached to stock door post area on driver's side. Seat is original but the material has started coming apart though all the underlying seat parts are perfect. Passenger door regulator needs repair, does not work because window has fallen off its track and now resides askew inside of door. Rear bumper is heavy duty and set up for either a standard trailer ball and has pintle hook pockets for hauling heavy equipment. Front bumper push guards look awesome. Front fender wells are perfect. She steers and I will assist with loading of this truck. Needs COMPLETE restoration. I have included 24 photographs (the maximum eBay allows you to post with ad) to give a fair and honest idea regarding what you are buying. I also have a CLEAR state title for this truck in my name.
