78070 miles. Runs, but is not driveable due to a serious power steering leak; fluid leaks onto an exhaust component, producing clouds of smoke. The speedometer does not work. Air conditioning does not work. Brake light is on. Tires must be replaced due to dry rot-one is flat, and probably the battery which is several years old. The car has been started periodically but not driven for over a year. Green exterior is oxidized, with some rust spots on the hood and elsewhere. The hood latch sticks. Interior is in good condition. It can be driven from my driveway to the street, but no farther. This vehicle is sold as is; I have disclosed the issues I am aware of, but there are certainly more. All old repair receipts will be included with the vehicle. Buyer to pick up vehicle from my property. I am unable to arrange hauling or towing, and I am not in a position to push or tow the car or otherwise move it or secure it to a trailer, car, truck or other device; the buyer is responsible for transport, but I will be available for pickup from my driveway in Dearborn, MI. Title to be signed by purchaser and all required information by seller and buyer will be filled in and signed by both parties. I will not sell the car with a blank title.The exact purchase price of this vehicle will be recorded on the title by the seller; buyer will be responsible to pay 6% State of Michigan sales tax to the Secretary of State when the buyer goes to the Michigan Secretary of State to reassign the title.
