E X C E L L E N T C O N D I T I O N F O R D F -1 0 0 that sustained minor damage to the driver's side door during transport This completely unmolested (except professional recent paint)1965 Ford F100 Long Bed was being transported to a new buyer from a classic car dealership in North Carolina when it was being loaded onto the upper rails of an eight car transporter when it began to roll backwards with the door ajar. The driver's side door caught the steel transporter beam and damaged the driver's side door (interior and exterior). The vehicle was fully insured by HAGGERTY'S Classic car insurance as well as the bonded car hauler which paid sufficiently for the damage to the truck driver's side door. Thus the cheap selling price! This very low mileage (original 47,101) 1965 Ford F 100 Long bed is in excellent condition with zero rust present and was always a southern vehicle and operates superbly and reliably and can be driven anywhere. The driver's side door and immediate area (see pictures) was the only damage caused by this unfortunate occurrence, but to the very lucky person with some skills in body repair can gain $6000 in sweat equity in a single weekend as this damage is isolated within a 12 inch area of the truck and very easily repaired for a skilled auto body man. The door still closes and locks and is serviceable as is and all interior handles from the inside door panel are included. All glass in excellent with NO fogging or cracks and tire tread is excellent and very serviceable for many years to come. The seats are in immaculate condition with only one 4 inch thread separation coming apart at the thread seam (not a tear or cut) behind the drivers left shoulder as I have an isolated photograph of the issue (see pics) which is again a very minor repair, and as can be seen in the photographs the interior is nearly showroom condition. For $5900 you simply will not find more equity in a 1965 Ford F 100 truck deal. Fix the small dent on the driver's side door and you have a $11,000 classic truck, I do not possess any body repair skills (I don't even change car batteries) so this is going to be a remarkable acquisition for an astute buyer and I have a clear transferable title in hand.
