97 4Runner with 149K miles. 4WD - 3.4 V6 (motor is 5VZFE) I have owned this vehicle since 2000. Upfront issue: Blew a spark plug on #2 cylinder. So either helicoil it or replace head...the coil and spark plug. I choose option 3...sell it. The only other thing needed is a new muffler (small hole in muffler). The interior is in great shape. The exterior has some oxidation, couple door dent dings (less than a quarter), and rust spot corner of drivers door and back bumper. The tires have less then 10k miles on them. A new timing belt was put on at 142k miles with a new water pump and the clutch was replaced at 120k miles (all work by dealership). Everything internally works...heater, a/c, cruise, power windows/locks, etc. Has a 6CD changer, sunroof, and tow bar with ball.This is a great vehicle for someone who wants to turn a wrench for a couple hours.
