I am a dealer of classic and collectible cars. I bought this 2008 GMC Yukon XL SLT for my wife in June 2012. It's a great vehicle. We just had our fifth child, and have switched to being a mini-van family. So sadly, it's time to sell our beloved Yukon XL. It's very comfortable around town and on the highway. Gas mileage is rated 14/19, but that's what you expect when buying a large vehicle. This one is able to run on the E85 flex-fuel. I haven't had any problems with this truck. I purchased it with an extended warranty that required documented completion of all recommended service. So all fluid and filter changes have been performed on time and the complete 100,000 mile service was completed on time (this includes timing belt, spark plugs, transmission service and more). At the 100,000 miles service, I replaced the idler pulley, drive belt, and accessory belts. I recently replaced the brake pads front and rear and the rotors in the rear as well as rebuilt the calipers all around. The tires are factory recommended replacements purchased 11 months ago, with only 12,000 miles of wear. The rear air shocks were replaced around 90,000 miles and the front shocks were replaced around 100,000 miles. One of the power steps stopped working, and it was repaired under the extended warranty in October 2012. In December 2014, I polished the headlight lenses and clear-coated them to bring back the "as-new" clearness and clarity. The battery was replaced in early 2014, and the windshield wipers were recently replaced. Everything works and performs as it should. It looks like a brand new car with the exception of some small paint chips in various places, a small chip on the upper front windshield (passenger side), a small crack in the bottom of the passenger side tail light, and a small scratch on the passenger rear wheel edge. I tried to take photos of every chip or defect I could find, and reviewing the full set of photos will show you the excellent condition of this vehicle. The interior is in like-new excellent condition. No tears or rips in the seats, no stains on the carpet or headliner, no problems with the dash or consoles. There are some light wear scratches on the plastic panels next to the third row seat and some scuffs on the rear cargo area sill panel, but nothing exceptional for a used vehicle. The driver side second row seat and third row seat have some indentions in the leather from where a car seat was installed. The full set of pictures completely document this vehicles excellent condition. Carfax is clean with no accidents or major repairs and lists the price adjustment as $1,740 over standard book value (which is already $19,800). It was sold new in Oklahoma, registered in Arkansas and then sold to a dealer in Springfield, Missouri. Because it has only been owned by dealers (myself included) since the original title was issued, it is listed as being a 1-owner vehicle. You can view a PDF printout of the Carfax report here. The truck comes with two sets of factory keys, both have the remote start and rear hatch buttons. Also included is the original owners manual, GPS DVD, last 3 years of service records, original DVD remote and 4 IR wireless headphones (not originals, compatible replacements). Yes, we have kids and like most kids, they are messy. I also have an awesome detail guy, and he spent one full day each month doing an extensive detail job on this truck to keep it in 'like new' condition. Please see the complete set of photos here. This is a really nice vehicle that has been well cared for. It has nearly every option available except for the Z71 offroad package. I'm sad to see this beautiful truck go and start driving the new mini-van, but such is life. The new owner will be getting a very nice truck at a good price. Kelly Blue Book value is estimated at $19,800 for a private party sale, add the Carfax recommended adjustment and the estimated value is $21,540.
