Original time capsule 1962 Galaxie 500 XL with a Z code 390 4V engine, Cruise-O-Matic transmission, bucket seats, floor shift and console. The interior has unrestored original upholstery in excellent condition and new carpet. New fuel tank, fuel line, fuel pump and rebuilt original carburetor. Brakes are all new including master cylinder, lines, hoses, wheel cylinders and shoes. Also new water pump, timing chain, Pertronix electronic ignition module, power steering cylinder and shock absorbers. Exterior was repainted in January. Aside from the new parts listed above, this is an original numbers matching car that cruises flawlessly down the highway.
