1978 Ford F100 work truck. 351 Windsor V8, Automatic. If the listing is still up, the truck is available. Will not part out- make offer for whole truck. This truck runs, but needs work. $1000 obo I love this truck, and I have been trying to keep up with it and slowly restore it. I am throwing in the towel because I don't have the time to work on it. What's been done recently: Timing belt replaced (Shop receipt.) Carburetor take off valve replaced (Shop receipt.) New radiator New brake master cylinder Electrical- battery about 1 year old, new Voltage regulator, alternator about 1 year old. Freeze plugs replaced. What it needs: The biggest problem is that it is massively leaking oil. Not burning, leaking. About a quart every 10-20 miles driven. I have not been able to locate the leak. It has low compression on two cylinders. The tranny has started to slip when it's cold. The heater has not been reinstalled under the dash since some engine work was done. (It works though.) NO AC, no radio, windshield washer doesn't work. Needs front brake pads. Power steering pump just blew out, needs a new one The left turn signal doesn't work, you have to manually click it up and down. (The right one works.) The body is overall pretty straight, the rear bumper is pushed up some. It has the original paint job still. The interior vinyl seat is beat up, there's a hole in the driver's side floor pan. The passenger side door handle only works from the outside. The window seals are pretty worn out, especially the rear slider window. I have still been driving it regularly and pouring oil into it. It really needs someone who wants a project truck like this and has time to spend on it. Feel free to email with any questions. Title is clean and ready, in hand.
