Up for auction is a gorgeous 1967 Eleanor Mustang shell. The shell was epoxy coated and then had a complete Eleanor kit installed and was just painted (March 17th) in the correct Dupont Pepper Gray with the correct black racing stripes, multiple coats of clear coat and wet sanded and rubbed out to a beautiful high gloss sheen. The underside is still covered in the epoxy coating. The body kit is an excellent quality kit that was professionally installed with a high end paint job !! The car is almost complete (includes new convertible top, new carpet, Ford 9”rear end to withstand almost any amount of power you want to put in the car, all window glass (except front windshield), front seats, wiring harnesses, brakes, suspension, steering, etc). It needs the seats redone, door panels, door handles, dash pad and bezels to look perfect (parts you would want new anyway), a few other parts and of course since it is a shell you would need to put in your own drive train (engine, transmission, etc.) The car comes with a brand new Total Control Power Rack & Pinion Steering installed, including a new power steering pump and lines, steering shaft connectors ($1,500+), A New 11” set of Slotted and Drilled Front Disc Brakes installed and new master cylinder ($800+), New Fully Adjustable Front Coil Over Suspension installed ($800+), New 17”X8” Coy’s Eleanor Wheels with 245/45/17 Ultra High Performance Radials ($1,500+), New carpet Kit, New Convertible Top, and many other parts I am forgetting. If you have your own engine and transmission this would be a great car to finish off for one fantastic looking street machine and you would end up with the exact drive train that you want. Most of the hard work is already done and it would be a reasonably quick project to finish. You would have a stunning car for a minimal amount of time and energy. The car has a clear Title. The car is on the West Coast and I now live in the mid west and I can’t finish it myself. I could have the car delivered to the Long Beach, CA or San Pedro, CA docks for international shipment. Rear seat is not in the car.On Jun-24-15 at 08:36:32 PDT, seller added the following information: I just remembered that I am also including a new Aluminum 3 row Radiator, a pair of Tri Bar 7" clear headlights with built in turn signals and LED fog lights for the front end. Most of what is needed to finish the car would be to install your own drive train, install the lights and an Eleanor grille, a new windshield and finish off the interior of the car. Not too much time or money is really needed to complete the car!!!!
