This is a 1974 Jaguar Sedan project car that has been primered, had a Chevy 350 swapped in, and then parked for years after the owner's health failed. I am the attorney for the man's estate, and I am the person you reach if you ask questions. I am a car guy, and a lover of British cars. If you are the sort who might take on this project, I will speak your language. I understand from the owner's children that the car ran and he often drove it after the engine swap. It appears that he was in the process of replacing the gas tanks when his health failed. He had a pair of used tanks in the garage, and it appears that he started removing trim to get the old tanks out. I'm assuming that the old tanks leak, though I have not confirmed this fact. The car has been sitting for at least 15 years, and the engine does not turn over by hand. Sadly, the window was left open, so the interior has deteriorated until there is very little in the interior that could be used in a restoration. Seat covers are nearly all ripped, with exposed padding, sun damage and dry-rot. The exterior is straight, and free of cancerous rust. It has surface rust all over. The car is located near City Park in Denver, Colorado. I will be happy to arrange for viewing for nearby bidders. This is an auction, and I will not end it early. There is no "buy it now" price.
