I have been a GTO collector and restorer for over 40 years and have not seen a nicer example..please call for particulars 727-460-7505 On May-12-15 at 07:44:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I have posted a copy of original window sticker ,as well as dealer order form.. the car has Tachometer and rally gauges ,a premium interior with bucket seats and floor shifter/console,optional rally two wheels shoulder seat belts,side and wheelwell moldings ' handling package ,I have posted a picture of the front of the car..only issues I can see is VERY SLIGHT surface rust in trunk and a very small spot under the landau top that may be a rust spot.front rubber bumper was resprayed, as well as hood and trunk lid .when car was put back in service ,gas tank flushed,lines cleared and carb redone .water pump replaced. other than that ,the car is virtually untouched,,you need to see this car ,it would easily be a top "survivor" in any national show ,as you know you can only be original once....On Jun-17-15 at 12:44:32 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had many questions as my comment about the trunk and rust and spot under landau top .I will post pictures .I pulled up original mat and foung very SLIGHT rust on surface ,would clean up with a wipe of a towel . the small spot under landau is about the size od a quartwe and is bvarely negligable ,and may be just the vinyl pulling up ,I will post a picture ,but I doubt you will even be able to see it . several people have commented that they would like to purchase ,but would need to sell their ongoing projects before purcahsing . a car can only be original once ... and those that have resored even a nice no rust project know it will cost 30 to 40K to redo ,even if you do the bulk of the work yourself ,and repo parts are just never the same..I came close to reserve with offers last time ...if anyone wants pictures or has questions ,do not hesitate to call ... 727-460-7505 .. ca is for sale locally ,and I reserve the right to end auction early if it sells
