1941 DODGE WC4 US ARMY WEAPONS CARRIER WWII Weapons Carrier 1941 Dodge WC4 1/2ton 4X4 Pickup Truck This truck currently on display at the San Diego Auto Museum in Balboa Park, CA.You can see it and other military vehicles at the museum everyday until June 26 2015.The winner of this action can take delivery of the truck at the close of the WWII exhibit. This truck is a rolling piece of American history. The Dodge WC is the vehicle the US troops nicknamed the Power Wagon. The letters WC are abbreviations for W=the first year of production1941C=1/2 ton. The truck up for auction runs and drives very well. The engine is strong, the 4 spd shifts smooth and the 4 wheel drive works.The brakes have been rebuilt with a larger master cylinder.The interior has been redone with new seat upholstery, OD green headliner and all the gauges work.The body is in good condition, no dents or rust damage, fresh OD green paint.This truck is not all original, it's a surviver and it keeps on going!It has been maintained and repaired with old and new Power Wagon parts.The electric system has been upgraded to 12 volts. Included; Spare rim, Bud lug wrench, OD canvas tarpaulin, Pintle hitch, Pioneer kit, Gerry can, ammo box and the US Army maintenance manual TM 10-1123.
