Vehicle Detail

Hello eBayers! I am selling one of my prize possessions… my 2007 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor. This is one of the nicest, lowest mileage Crown Victoria’s available anywhere. It has a beautiful Silver exterior, with charcoal grey cloth plush seats, and full interior carpeting. Unlike most of the police package Crown Victoria’s on eBay, this car does not have high mileage or high idle hours and has not been abused and trashed by a police department. It has approximately 37,000 miles on it, less than 440 idle hours, and it drives like it is brand new. That being said, this is a USED car. The car has its share of dents, scratches, nicks, etc. I have done my best to show all of these blemishes so that there will be no surprises for the buyer. If you live locally (Hartford CT), you are welcome to come see the car in person and drive it. While the car does have some blemishes, they are only noticeable from up close. I get compliments on this car constantly, and it looks great overall. Please see all the up-close photos below. Also, please note that none of the Crown Vics on eBay show these close up photos. This car was originally a Connecticut State Dept Of Motor Vehicle car. I purchased it with 36,902 miles on it. (This thing parts traffic like nothing else… People clear out when they see you in their rear-view mirror). I have owned and driven hundreds of Crown Victoria’s, and this is by far the nicest one. It always starts up without hesitation, the steering and suspension are tight, and the gear selector is firm as it should be. (In comparison to the cars that I have purchased, this one is the nicest one by far. Ford no longer makes the Crown Victoria’s, so this is your opportunity to own a piece of American history, and one of the most solid, reliable automobiles ever made. (It was also the last body-on-frame car in production, which is part of the reason for its durability and dependability). There’s a reason why these cars have been the go-to choice for law enforcement and taxi companies for the last two decades. This particular Crown Victoria has the P71 police package, which consists of a firmer, heavy duty suspension, heavy duty alternator, upgraded brakes, wheels, and tires, etc. (If you are unfamiliar with the P71 package you can read more details on Wikipedia). This Crown Vic also had the Street Appearance Package. It comes with classic silver Center Hubcaps hubcap covers, that have been the trademark look of police cars for years. It also came with the civilian-style Black/chrome grill. I replaced that with the police-issue Silver honeycomb grill. It also has the fully carpeted interior, (Much nicer than the rubber floor models), and the split arm-rests between the front seats. It has excellent Police-Spec GoodYear Wrangler tires on it, that are in great shape. The car is equipped with a Police Muti-function Siren Box With a 150 Watt Speaker under the front Grill . There is also a with a PA microphone and air-horn button in the cabin. It has emergency Strobe lights in the factory taillights, front corner lights and Reverse lights All emergency equipment will be disconnected prior to sale, unless you provide proof of active membership in Police/Fire/EMS service. I REALLY hate to sell this car, because I know I will never find another one like it. I just bought two new cars though, so my wife says this one has to go. This car is the ultimate commuter car, road trip vehicle, or collector car. These cars are getting harder and harder to find, especially with low miles and in good shape. This would be the perfect car for someone in public service, or a security company. Or, for someone who wants to own a piece of American memorabilia. My local Ford dealership just recently performed an oil and filter change, along with a brake fluid change, and new rear brakes. I also had a multi-point inspection performed at the dealership when I purchased the car, which it passed with flying colors. This car is ready to drive anywhere, and I would not hesitate to jump in and drive it across the country right now. I can provide Many more pictures of this very fine Automobile if requested, I t is currently at my Home in New Britain CT.. I will be driving it South to Florida Next week if there is not a Acceptable Bidder. Please ask any questions or if you want to come see it and inspect it please call me before bidding end. 2.3.9.2.8.1.2.0.8.3 I have over $20,000 invested in this car, and my reserve is set substantially below that. The car is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. If you want to fly in to a local airport, (Bradley International Hartford CT), I will be happy to coordinate with you and pick you up. If you would like to have the car shipped, I am happy to assist with the arrangements once you pick a company. A $1,000 payment is due within 48 hours of the auction ending. The remainder of the balance is due via Cashier’s Check or cash within seven (7) days of the auction ending. NOTE- The Front and Rear Strobes, All Antennas, The Siren Box with Microphone all go with the car, Disconnected of course. The mileage and idle hours are accurate, but may change slightly as I still drive the car occasionally. I have made every attempt to include each detail here, but if I forgot anything, please don't hesitate to ask. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
