Original owner, excellent condition, no accidents,Clean (original owner w/ 150 miles as registered) title w/ bank letter clearing the title from our preexisting loan. Basically a great family car that we have out grown. Excellent maintenance and all records of oil changes on regular basis, plugs changed, air filters, 2 front tires with less than 300 miles, rear tires less than 2,000 miles, new front brakes (less than 1,000 miles) and new left rear caliper and pads. Battery replaced July 2012. Excellent AC which is cold and variable compartment. This Routan comfortably sits 6 adults with all seats "up" or 8 kids (we have done this..). The vehicle allows "drop down" seating for a configuration of 4 seats with a great amount of rear storage.
