SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TERMS:First, all vehicles we sell are inspected by our very own ASE certified Master Technicians. We correct problems that manifest themselves upon inspection. The cars are serviced with new oil and filter. This guarantee exists to make sure you know you are buying a vehicle that has no hidden problems and that you can buy with confidence. (Exlusions: This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear on parts such as brakes, bearings, tie rods and any other like parts. Unless those parts are brand new, they will always have some level of wear on them..so they cannot be covered. It also does not cover typical and highly regular cosmetic flaws such as small, light scratches or dings. Damage clearly not existent in advertisement photos is not covered, to prevent fraud. Damage caused from operator negligence, including low oil, low transmission fluid, etc. is not covered. We report the functionality of the motor, transmission, etc. This warranty covers functionality. If a claim is made, the item being claimed on, if mechanical, must have a functionality problem. Meaning, you cannot go have the engine and transmission rebuilt because your mechanic says "it could use it" and you'd like to get it done just for the heck of it -- there actually has to be something not functioning correctly (i.e. transmission not shifting right, etc.) RESTRICTIONS: It is sellers discretion to reimburse buyer directly or to require a third party to perform any repairs. Seller has the right to request at least two quotes from providers for any claim made. For mechanical issues, seller will pay up to standard labor guide time on repairs at a maximum of $80.00 per hour. )Notice: All used automobiles, unless a warranty is purchased, are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS -- except for our 48 hour post delivery guarantee period.
