Be sure to read the whole description before you bid. This car does not currently run. It was running and driving until it was parked about a year ago. It was replaced with a newer model of the same car and parked with the anticipation that the owner's son would use it as a first car. Well sitting didn't do it any favors. I personally do not know much about these hybrid cars, but my personal belief is that the hybrid battery is dead, or atleast in need of a full recharge. From my understanding the 12v battery in these cars is for accessory only, but the gas engine actually needs the hybrid battery to be charged in order to start. I do not have a way to charge or test this battery so I'm selling the car as it sits. I was able to charge the 12v battery and test the interior electronics and everything works as it should... windows, locks, HVAC, display, stereo, etc. The tires are shot. Also while the car was sitting some little critter(s) must've moved in as the interior smells of mouse and will need a good scrubbing. So I'm listing this car hoping that someone with some knowledge of the hybrids can put it to better use. The body is in decent shape, but definitely not perfect as you can see the bumpers have some damage. I'll let the pictures do the talking. The car is located at my house in Rochester, NY 14617. I do have a truck and trailer and delivery is possible for a price.
