This auction is a no reserve auction for a 1970 chevelle body and misc parts. The car is a ca car built at the Van Nuys plant. There is no chassis with this car. My intention was to build a top notch car so I spared no expense on the beginning of this project. I have too many projects going and not enough time so this one is my loss and your gain. This car has a clean ca title and is a 136 car. Nearly all new sheet metal has been professionally installed while the car was on a set up table at a high end fabrication shop in orange county ca. No expense was spared with the sheet metal installation on this body, it is perfect. It has a new one piece floor from the firewall back, new trunk floor, new quarters, new doors and hinges, new tail panel, new wheel houses and behind wheel wells, etc. Also have a new trunk lid for it but the old one fits better, but new one will go w auction. There is obviously no rust issues w this body. ALL of the gaps are perfect, Doors, trunk, etc. It was being built to be a nice car so alot of money was spent making it right. This obviously is a project but has a good quality start for somebody who wants to build a nice car. There are alot of parts that go w it also, original front fenders, bumpers, dash, steering column, glass, seats etc. There is NO chassis, engine, or transmission. I bought the car for 7k and have receipts for 18k. I will work with the high bidder to load the car for shipping at the buyers expense.
