The horizontal twin has an amazing gyroscope solid feel at speed. One of the coolest motors on the planet. Moving to the islands and not enough road there to get it up to speed. This is an excellent year for these bikes, the final drive gears are smooth, the transmission is bulletproof and the torque will rip your hands off the bars if you don't hang on. I'll be sorry to see it go as I'll never find one with less than 30K again. Got it from a guy who had it from his dad; both were serious BMW guys. BMW panniers. Original tyre pump/tool kit.
