This is a nice one owner ATC 250R. It has been riden but not abused and is low hours for its age. Everything is in very good shape but it's not museum condition. The front fender has a crack under the head light that is not very noticeable and the headlight plastics also has a crack. I am a perfectionist so I would rate this a solid 7 if 10 is mint but I think most would say it's a solid 8. Someone is going to get a great 250R to ride.
