I ENDED THE FIRST AUCTION AND RELISTED THIS BECAUSE AFTER I FILLED THE GAS TANK TODAY, AND WHILE DRIVING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND TRIANGLE LIGHT CAME ON. The car still runs and drives the same, it still goes into hybrid mode, and I can still drive it the same, but I wanted to relist the car fresh with this new info. Up for auction is my 2003 Prius. In the past this vehicle was owned by the NY City transit authority. The car runs and drives well. The engine purrs smooth, and the transmission does not skip a beat. The inspection monitors in the computer are all reset, and there is no check engine light, or codes in the system. The brakes and suspension have no issues. Interior: There is some minor wear, however a carpet cleaning would improve the appearance greatly. If you watch the enclosed video, you will see why. The seats and carpeting have no rips or tears. The steering wheel is the only interior item that seems to show the most wear around the ring part of the steering wheel. Exterior: The car could use paint work. The vehicle has the original white paint on it, but the City removed the blue stripe down the sides, and scratched the paint in the process. From 15 feet away, the car looks nice, but at 5 feet away you can see what I mean. There is one minor dent in the drivers side quarter panel, which may show in the above video or pictures. I do point it out in the video. I recently had to have the hybrid system repaired. The hybrid computer had gone bad. This was replaced, and the car has been great since. The car drove exactly the same the entire time. If I find out anything else, I'll let everyone know. As I said, I still drive it everyday.On May-01-15 at 17:12:07 PDT, seller added the following information: Been driving the car the past 2 days (even drove around with my kids in the car) running errands, without any issues. no warning lights or anything abnormal.
