Vehicle Detail
This is "Full restoration" needed. Good points this is a 1970 model year car it was manufactured in 1969. It is a numbers matching car. 383ci with an offenhauser intake 750? holly Carb. Tic TAc clock. With its option combination mainly the Facory 8 track (which works just needs a belt) there were a little over 2000 made. With its color (Burnt Orange) who knows how many are left. Glass is good, trim is all there one piece of rear window trim was pop riveted on (not me) dash is good, hood, truck and doors are good. Rear is good. Trans working but needs rebuilding, bumpers are sound. grill has one broken piece. hide away doors work. It was running, sat for a while. Engine is disassembled. front seats are out, headliner and carpet removed, engine compartment wiring removed. Everything has been bagged and tagged down to the last bolt. I believe all the parts are there except possibly a part of the shift linkage. It needs headliner, vinyl roof (white) seat upholstery. Door panels are wrinkled and pulled but can be saved with new backers( there is a before and after pic of on of them. Dash and engine wiring. Floor boards and truck deck, rear quarters have normal rust behind wheels front fenders are good but have had metal welded by the hood hinges. torsion bar frame is rusted through at side rail. shankles are sound. Some of these pictures have been taken over time some rust may be worse but those areas needed to be done over anyway. It has been garage kept for the last few years. It's a pretty solid car for its age and mileage well worth doing and there are fewer and fewer of them out there. Due to down turn in business finances I'm unable to complete as it should be done I don't see things in the immediate future and I need the room in the Garage. Please only bid if you are serious, I took this listing down due to scammers last time. AS stated I won't ship it anywhere, I won't accept too much money for anything and return the difference to you. This will need to be trailered. I also have LOTS of 1971-74 dodge charger parts that may figure into deal. On Apr-24-15 at 04:49:16 PDT, seller added the following information: For those of you bidding, please feel free to ask me anything, and have more pics. I've also researched this car and have a folder of information, production numbers etc, I didn't mention it but it has American Racing Mags that are in pretty good shape. I would like this sale to go through with no surprises for either party. On Apr-28-15 at 04:34:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Correction the paint on fender not "bumper"On Apr-29-15 at 21:03:54 PDT, seller added the following information: After responding to a vin number question I discovered a couple interesting facts. Production was started on these cars August 1 1969, this car was manufactured Aug 5th 1969. It came stock with a two barrel So the carb and manifold are not original. On Apr-29-15 at 21:34:02 PDT, seller added the following information: There is a picture of a headlight and edge of a bumper it was posted by mistake its a restore one not this car Sorry I tried I cant remove it
