This can be paid by credit card over the phone, or Paypal. Full payment is due within 3 days. The remaining balance must be paid via bank wire transfer, cash in person, or a cashier's check. No credit cards, personal checks, business checks or Paypal for the balance. All eBay buyers will be charged state regulated documentation fees totaling $168. We will only collect registration fees from Illinois buyers and sales tax from those living in states reciprocal with the state of Illinois (AZ, CA, FL, HI, IN, MA, MI, SC).
