Vehicle Detail

The 1966 lincoln continental convertible with suicide doors was iconic in its time. They are becoming highly collectible today with just over 3,000 produced that year. We are selling one of our Lincoln's only to make room for a Mark II. Please call or email me for videos showing all key components in operation. This car comes from California and is rust free. When buying one of these cars the most important things to look at are the top and rear window operation. Dozens of relays control these systems and if not working can be a challenge. This car went from California to a Lincoln guru in Denver, Arthur Apple, for mechanical restoration. All door mechanisms where rebuilt and/or replaced, all top relays serviced, new carburetor, fuel pump, ignition, steering box and the hydraulic system was serviced. I purchased the car and have continued its refinement - the final perfect Lincoln ride came back when new leaf springs, front coil springs and all shocks where replaced, ac serviced, and a brand new windshield was just installed. If you not familiar with the internal wiring on the Lincoln top, it eventually a cracks as the top closes up/down overs the years - the was the last thing on my list and a new white top with a John Cashman wiring harness was just installed. What does all that mean ? This car runs and drives great ! The typical issues these cars can have have been addressed. The dash is in perfect condition - not one crack! Seats are I think original but again are in good shape with no tears anywhere. The paint is what I call driver grade - it has touched up chips and scratches but presents itself beautifully as you can see. The car is straight as an arrow with chrome and trim all in good shape. I have priced this car to sell, please call me at 302-584-6085 or emailadam@qhainc.com for additional information. $31,500. OBO
