This is a no reserve auction. I have put about $4,000 into this car fixing airbag suspension, A/C, and battery. I just put it in the shop last week and the mechanic told me it had an oil leak and that a rear seal needed to be replaced. Also, the alarm horn is draining the battery. So it will need a new battery and alarm horn to be replaced. I am not interested in putting any more money in this car. I am selling it as is, where is, and no reserve. I just want it gone. The car is located in Englewood FL where I am staying for the winter. Buyer is responsible for pick up and Payment is due within 24 hours. I have a clean and clear title in hand. On Mar-27-15 at 06:06:22 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE! I DROVE THIS CAR 50 MILES YESTERDAY AFTER HAVING OIL CHANGED AND THERE IS NOW NO SIGN OF LEAKS. ADDITIONALLY, THE CAR STARTED BACK UP THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT BEING JUMPED. I BELIEVE THE BATTERY IS STILL GOOD BUT OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING IS DRAINING. THE LOCAL MERCEDES DEALER SAID IT IS THE CAR ALARM HORN. THIS CAR HAS APPROX 120,500 MILES ON IT.
