Third times a charm. Last winning bidder was 18 years old with ZERO feedback and failed to pick up the car. Once I started putting the screws on him he said his family was concerned for his safety and cancelled the sale. If that wasn't bad enough he left negative feedback. were all adults here (I'm hoping) Please only bid if your old enough to complete the sale without having to ask your mom, wife, husband, counselor, sibling, priest, stars, dog, whoever. THANKYOU PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU INTEND TO TAKE THIS CAR HOME =) I have for sale here my 1977 Coupe DeVille. I have owned this car since 2008. I bought it as a VERY straight car with minimal rust to begin with. I then proceeded to have all the mechanicals, brakes & suspension looked at and addressed. I did the brakes all the way around with new calipers and rotors up front as well as new drums, new shoes, and new hardware at the rear. There was a complete gasket job as well as a full tune up done on the engine. All the belts, Hoses, and filters were replaced. Any wear item that could be replaced was. I Then installed a complete full true dual exhaust with a set of FLOWMASTERS. The car sounds great! I replaced all the bulbs and made sure that everything was working as it should. Once the car was running right a proceeded to have a good friend and 35 year veteran of the body and paint trade personally paint the car for me. Now make no mistake, This is not a 100 point car but the paint on this thing is like glass and the car is not far from being straight as an arrow. All the plastic fillers were replaced and the paint in my opinion is a solid 9 out of 10. Again not by 100 concourse car standards but by regular discerning car guys like you and me. The car shows, drives, and sounds great. Never any embarrassments! ALWAYS thumbs up and smiles. I also installed a modest audio system consisting of 2 6x9 in the rear and 2 4x10 in the dash in all factory locations as well as two tweeters on the dash with an amp in the trunk. I had an alarm installed for a little peace of mind. I am sure that whoever buys this car will not be disappointed. I have spent well over 10k on this car and whatever it brings, it will be well worth it to the buyer. Now this car is by no means perfect. it will need some tlc. I will go into details now. The Headliner is sagging, Not bad but does need to get addressed. Leaks a little at the trans gasket. Does show some light wear in the interior but only misc. replaceable items. AC does not work. Wipers are not working currently but I believe it to be a fuse. As I said, Needs some TLC but nothing serious. I trust this car to drive anywhere right now. As I said I do not drive it often but with a quick once over you can drive to Alaska!!! Have the original front bumper with the correct bumper grill that will be included in the sale. Was only replaced because I found a near mint one off of a 1978 car. Car has been in storage all winter long. Took it to the car wash and cleaned it up. If this car was professionally detailed it would look SICK! Car runs, shifts, sounds, and stops good. All pics were taken on 3/20/2015 THANKS AND GOODLUCK!!!
