Up for sale 1974 BMW 2002 , the car is all original. Never been repainted or anybody work done on it. Yes it does have some rust; surface rust and some additional rust. The biggest rust area is on the roof and spare tire area and back flour panels. To fix the rust correctly you will have to replace the metals. It's ready to be restored or just enjoy it the way it is. The car runs and drives without any problems. The engine does not have any oil leaks and it's very strong engine, transmission shifts perfect. The BMW is dirty outside I did not wash it. The same way that it came out from the barn. It has original interior is in very good condition, the seats are good only the driver seat has a small tear. Dashboard has one small crack. The body is straight does not have door dents only the drive side door has a dent. This is a rare option that comes with sunroof. I didn’t try to open the sunroof it may have to be cleaned before opening and closing. This is a four-cylinder with four speed manual transmission. The car does not have a stereo or a radio installed. It has aftermarket racing steering wheel but I do have the original one and it comes with it. The BMW comes with original Jack, spare tire and the toolkit. I do have some service history going back to 74’ and original sale/purchase letter from a dealer. Relishing the car do to, the DMV made a error on the title VIN# was entered incorrectly, since then the mistake was fix but the higher buyer had refused to buy it after two days. Due to the age and condition of the car, the vehicle is sold AS IS without any warranty.
