This is a very clean and original 1982 300TD Wagon. The color is bone/lite ivory with a blue vinyl interior. The car has very little rust as you can see in the pictures. Since I have owned the car I have installed a newly rebuilt turbo and this last fall a newly rebuilt injection pump. Also installed new glow plugs and fuel hoses last fall. Car starts right up in 10 fehrenheit. The car runs and drives just fine and all systems work except for the A/C. The compressor is seized and will not turn. I have have owned many of these MB diesels and this one is in my opinion a excellent survivor. The paint is original with the exception of the right front fender. The two small rust spots on the hood could be filled and blended in or just replace the hood and have it painted. The door edge is easily addressed. The interior is very clean with no tears or rips. The dashboard does have some cracking as all Mercedes blue dashboards of this era have a habit of doing so. These can either be filled or as I have done in the past install a dash cap. The car has the original radio still installed however the tape portion does not work but who has a tape to use?
