Toyota Avalon XL 2002 One Owner Low Milage FLORIDA Car This is my Mother's Car. She does not drive anymore. Health reasons are forcing her to sell, although she really doesn't want to. I only take it out every couple of weeks to keep it going. Did replace the battery recently because she was starting it and not driving it. Going to point out a few little things wrong first because it's a shorter list then what's right. The sunglass holder has a broken clip that caused it to just hang. It was blocking the mirror so I removed it, it's included. The tape player/CD player DOES NOT PLAY. She never used them, don't know anyone that still does. The Radio is fine. The JBL speakers up front and the 2 sides in the rear are fine. The One in the back window however no longer sounds good. Changed it to play mostly up front. So Sounds O.K. now. Oh, and our lovely neighbor decided one day to key the drivers side front and back door. Don't really notice it in the right light, have not tried to cover it up or buff it out. Speaker $20 Paint $30 Radio $90 The sunglass holder just has a broken clip, that clip seems to sell for $70 20+30+90+70= $210. Not sure how some of you think that equals a $1500 discount. I will not sell for $5000 don't even ask. Thats all that is wrong... so nothing major at all. Now for the good stuff. ONLY 68935 slowly driven miles. Don't think it's ever seen 70 mph. She has floormats on her floormats. If that doesn't tell you the kind of care she took of this car then I don't know what would. I took a picture of the drivers seat because it is the Most worn, as you can see nearly perfect. I did not detail this and the pictures shows where her hands were on the steering wheel. It does not look that bad in real life, it is all leather and I don't feel like cleaning it. There are no Rips or scratchs or tears anywhere. This car has always been serviced... they know her by name at tires plus. Any little problem and she takes it in to them. Think she always used the good gas too. She really loved this car. The tires look nearly new all around. Everything else on this car is just perfect. It has 3 keys and 2 remotes Great Working A/C and Heat Power Windows go both up and down. The seats are electric and work just fine. They do go all the way back all the way front and Up and Down. It has lived most of it's life under covered parking. This car is rust free and never been in any kind of an accident. As for the timing belt on the Avalon the suggested replacement mileage is 90,000 and the cost of doing so is Under $500 even with all the other parts that get replaced when done right. Again Not a reason to sell a $8000 car for $5000. Hard enough to sell it at such a low price as it is. Honestly if it doesn't sell this time I'll probably just go to CarMax and be done with it. Had a lot of interest from up north. I will gladly put this on a train for you. As long as you're paying I will take it wherever you want in Tampa. If there is a garage you trust down here and you want them to take a quick look at it let me know. I might be missing something important. If so ask away (on eBay).
