Vehicle Detail
This 1995 BMW 530i features a V8 engine with a six speed manual transmission. It is a FAST car. Very fun to drive because the rear wheel drive really makes the car punch when coming out of turns. It has the old BMW computer which tells you the temp, time, mpg, avg. mpg, etc. The radio was replaced with a new one that has a cd player and HD fm options and remote. The car has a ton of temperature controls for A.C. and heat and has power everything (windows, seats, brakes, steering). This is a garage kept car with ~150,000 miles on it. The engine was recalled at 75,000 miles and it was replaced so the engine only has 75,000 miles while the rest of the vehicle has 150,000. This car runs like a top considering it is 20 years old. It has only a few minor issues, which are strictly cosmetic. There are faint scratches on the hood-not very noticeable, and the only noticeable scrape is on the back where the previous owner backed into a small fence along his driveway. I am the second owner of this car and it has been taken very good care of. The previous owner kept it in a garage since he bought it new in 1995 and had it imported from Europe. The scrape on the back has been repaired by the previous owner with a do-it-yourself kit. A computer in the transmission failed while I was driving it one day but it has been replaced and runs great. The steering makes a humming noise when the car has not been driven for a while but this dissipates as the car warms up. If it is driven regularly, there are no issues. The car has been maintained at the same repair shop for years and is all documented. I bought this car from my neighbor who had bought it in 1995 and had it imported into the USA because the V8 option was only available over in Europe. When BMW declared the recall on the engine, it was replaced for free by BMW at 75000 miles. The engine runs great. He kept in in a garage the entirety of the time he owned it and sold it to me at ~150000 miles. I haven't driven it much and I need to downsize because I currently have four cars and this one doesn't get driven very often and needs to go to free up space. Paypal or cash. Only serious offers.
