This 2001 MR2 Spyder was in a front end accident in KY and was repaired before I purchased it. I purchased it here on eBay on 9/2012 from an owner in KY and then had it inspected by NYS DMV before registering it in NY. I drove it for a couple of months, then found a 2002 with a TRD body kit that I bought and chose to drive instead. This car has sat in my garage since then. I was hoping to use it for track days at Watkins Glen, but unfortunately now have to sell her. Here are the particulars on the car. The bad: NY salvage title (as noted above) Smokes on hard acceleration, some engine noise Missing some interior trim around the radio And the good: David's style bars Apexi World Sport coilovers front and rear Quick Shifter Che's Lotus style center exhaust New (1,500 miles on them) Yokohama S.Drive 185/55SR15 front tires and 205/50R5 rear tires Cold Air Intake Addco sway bars Solid end links HID headlamp conversion and probably more upgrades that I am not aware of She is a solid car with lots of nice modifications for even better handling. No visible frame damage from the accident noted. Just needs some TLC.
