I'm reluctantly selling our 2003 Infiniti FX35, it is a 2wd Premium with Sport Package (20" Wheels & upgraded suspension). The Infiniti is technically a 2 owner vehicle, but title recently changed hands from my spouse to me making it a 3 owner on paperwork. We have owned the car since 2006, purchased with 52k miles and over the last 8 years putting on roughly 60k miles. We had the car in Miami for sometime, but its now in Panama City Beach, FL. I know pretty much everything about the car from top to bottom, please read the specifics below for more detailed information... Vehicle Condition I would consider the FX35 to be in "Average" condition considering the age, mileage, and wear and tear of the over all vehicle. It's certainly not a new car, but it has been well cared for and does not look like a 10+ year old vehicle either. The Exterior The exterior shows great considering the age of the FX and keeping it garage kept has allowed the paint to remain healthy and have a good shine to it. The FX does have some minor age related wear to the exterior, again its not a brand new car. The worst of the damage is a dent on the drivers rear door, in person its hardly noticeable and in the pictures you can see it because I'm standing at a lowered height and it stand out a little more. The dent is nothing serious, happened in a parking lot at some point and I didn't notice it until well after it happened Im sure. Other than the dent is has a few minor rock chips on the hood (to be expected) but nothing that seriously jumps out at you. It also has a scuff or two on the front bumper, again nothing serious and I'm sure a good detail man can get the minor scuffs off. Overall the exterior shows very well and its a very good looking ride. The Interior The interior is much like the exterior, it shows very well considering its age. I have put a lot of work over the years into the interior to keep it nice. The dash in my FX has been replaced as the original dash boards were know to blister or crack. This was a very expensive fix and it was professionally done and it looks great, well worth the money spent. The leather seats are in good shape with no rips, tears, or burns. We are non-smokers and the FX has never been smoked in. I recently had the sides of the driver front seat replaced as the vinyl sides of the seats are known to crack, its perfect now. The carpets are clean but have a stain in the rear (driver side) from a coffee spill, the stain is 90% covered and you won't see it, Im pretty sure a detailer can shampoo it out easily. The only thing that doesnt work is the CD player, I have an ipod adapter which will go with the car and it also has XM Satellite radio from the factory. Overall the interior is in good condition for its age and like the exterior....overall its very nice. Mechanics Mechanically the FX is solid, I wouldn't hesitate to drive cross country if I had to go. The motor fires right up and runs smooth and the transmission shift out perfectly. The A/C is cold, heat is hot, and the seat warmers will warm you up fast on a cold day. In the last year the FX has had all new struts, all new brakes and rotors (front and rear), it had rear calipers done, the updated valve covers, intake manifold was serviced with all new gaskets, and new spark plugs. If there is a weak spot in the mechanics of the FX I would say the rear tires could stand to be replaced, they have less than 50% tread life remaining and the front tires are in good shape. There is no check engine light or airbag lights on and the FX is mechanically SOLID! Overall This is a GREAT vehicle and I really DO NOT want to sell it. We are purchasing a commercial building for our business and need all the extra cash we can get right now so I'm reluctantly selling the FX35.
